In observance of Earth Day, the Blue Valley North FOCUS science class took a Curriculum Based Instruction trip to purchase plants and supplies. Peer tutors then joined FOCUS students to plant flowers as well as weed the flower bed around the school entrance in an effort to help the environment. Several Blue Valley schools held activities in observance of Earth Day to increase awareness and appreciation of the environment.
